Second Sky's music is a sophistaicated blend of analog warmth juxtaposed with sharp electronic edges. Though in the context of modern electronic music, elements of eastern music styles, vintage soundtracks, blaxploitation funk, bossa nova and acid jazz keep the sound real. At the center are the songs of singer Billy Medina.

Throughout 2003/2004, Second Sky performed live throughout the east coast with acts such as The New Deal and Moonraker to enthusiastic audiences. Second Sky's live show provides an ideal dance-environment, with the spectacle of some of Rock n' Roll's most theatrical experiences.
Equipment:
Ayotte drumsmith drums (and an assortment of Mapex, Noble & Cooley, Gretch and Sonor snare drums), Zildjian cymbals, Moog Etherwave Theremin, Doumbek ; and a wide variety of percussion instruments, Guitars and keyboards, too many to mention, but including: the Korg Triton and Wurlitzer electric piano.
